Heloise is definitely the best agent! Our contract date was December 20 and we had to do a fast close on December 29 which we were successful because of Heloise. Given the tight deadline and Christmas season, Heloise updated us on any development and followed up with the key players including the weekends and even on Christmas day. Even after more than 3 months after the close, Heloise continues to advise on our major renovation project including contractors to hire and best materials to use.
