Heloise is definitely the best agent! Our contract date was December 20 and we had to do a fast close on December 29 which we were successful because of Heloise. Given the tight deadline and Christmas season, Heloise updated us on any development and followed up with the key players including the weekends and even on Christmas day. Even after more than 3 months after the close, Heloise continues to advise on our major renovation project including contractors to hire and best materials to use. Four and a half years later, the owner of the condo we moved to and were renting passed away tragically and unexpectedly and we faced having to move within a few months. Heloise was amazing from the first day to the last in handling the sale of my condo! I was very impressed with her professionalism and preparedness the day I met her. We were looking for a 2bdrm/2bth condo for retirement in 5 years. No rush to buy. She took all our preferences and she was so informative about condos. We would come down from NY 2-3 times a year and she would put together at least a dozen places for us to look at each time we came. If We saw something Online that we liked While we were in NY she would go and video a walk thru for us and email it to us when We couldn’t get down to Florida. She always had our best interests in mind. I can’t say enough about her work ethics which are so professional and experienced in her field. She had answers for all our questions asked n if she didn’t she found out the answer n let us know. after 2 years of searching she stuck with us and we finally found our dream condo. We love everything about our new home. She gave us great advice all along the way. Then our closing was all done online electronically which was great. She kept us up to date on all papers we needed to sign. We didn’t miss a deadline. I can say we now have a friend in Heloise when we come down. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a condo or a house. She does it all.
