Susan is a luxury real estate consultant with Coastal Properties Group at Christie’s International Real Estate. Before joining Coastal & Christie’s, Susan was a realtor with Keller Williams Realty, specializing in luxury homes, serving Clearwater Beach, Fla. and surrounding areas, including but not limited to Belleair Beach, Belleair, Island Estates and Indian Rocks Beach. She also was a realtor with Joanne Hiller & Associates. Before starting her career in real estate, Susan was Director of Marketing at ICT Worldwide, an international telecommunications company. Susan earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance from the University of South Florida and studied finance and marketing at the University of Michigan. As an experienced marketer, Susan is well connected in the communities she serves. Her goal is to make each transaction as seamless as possible for her clients. She believes that life is short and, for that reason, her clients deserve the assurance of working with a professional who can take the stress out of buying and selling property. Susan admits she has a true passion for real estate both in and out of the office, but she also makes time for boating, reading, family and friends, and volunteering in the community.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! It is in the perfect location for us…

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! It is in the perfect location for us….two block walk to a Publix and 20 min walk to the beach! It has an open and airy floor plan with spacious rooms. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with a en-suite bathroom and lots of closet space plus a walk in storage area for towels, sheets and much more. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a large closet. The galley kitchen offers all kitchen amenities and has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The balcony overlooks the heated pool, hot tub and a beautifully landscaped area with lounge chairs and umbrellas! We are definitely looking forward to our next stay there!!
