If I could sit down and write what qualities I wanted in a realtor at the end of my list it would say....see Rebecca Wellborn. She is the most knowledgable and patient realtor. Any time we had a question or concern and we emailed or called her she would not waste any time getting that answer back to us. She was there to show us any house we wanted to see and some times even giving up a Sunday. After many months of searching and almost giving up she finds the home for us and we couldn't be happier. She even came to our closing. I have no problems at all referring Rebecca. If you have her as your realtor trust me you are certainly in some good hands!!

Ron is probably the most enthusiastic and optimistic agent I've ever met. He knows the area, has lots of good ideas, is very aggressive in marketing the property, and generally easy to work with. We listed a multi-unit property with Ron in 4Q2015, which closed in 1Q2016. There were dozens upon dozens of showing and we truly believe that other agents would not have had as many. Ultimately we had multiple verbal offers, two written offers, and closed early in 2016. While there were some issues, overall we're quite happy.

During the recent sale of our home and subsequent purchase of a new one, we chose Cheryl Franzese because of her experience and professionalism. We knew after interviewing her that she had what was needed to navigate us through the many steps required to accomplish our goals. As a former Realtor myself, I know only too well the many hurdles that your agent must negotiate to bring these transactions to a successful settlement. For the sale of our home, Cheryl produced first rate brochures using a professional photographer, created an excellent online video, and established our presence on the Internet reaching as many potential buyers as possible. Through her personal connections throughout the real estate industry, she had a very successful Broker’s Open introducing our property to all the local agents. We had frequent showings by other agents and most importantly, she brought us two contracts at full price and above within 10-days. This also illustrates her successful pricing strategy placing our home competitively in the market. When it came to buying a home, Cheryl assisted us with pricing comparables insuring we paid the right price for our new home, home and termite inspections, recommended a good title company who handled all the legal work, a great moving company, and even who we needed to contact for utilities. My husband and I are planning to buy a condominium. We contacted Rebecca to find out how to list our home, what we should do to show our house to best advantage, and how much money we should ask. She looked over the house and the garden, suggested a few minor changes, answered our questions and suggested an asking price. She was very professional and knows the local market preferences. she has followed up by forwarding listings of comparable houses from the Multiple Listing Service. Here are just two of her suggestions. We should leave the Craftsman workbench and storage cabinet in the garage because any prospective buyer would like to have it. And we should organize our receipts for the substantial home improvements we have made: a prospective buyer will see evidence of the money we've put into the house and that will help to justify the asking price.

If you are lucky enough to have Ron Goldstein in your corner, your dreams will come true! While starting the hunt for our first home, we were referred to Ron by a family member and knew the moment we met him that he was the right man for the job. He is smart, charismatic, fun, genuine and engaging, all qualities we appreciated many times during our journey. A cross-country move meant that we had little local knowledge, and were exploring several options. Ron helped us focus on a few neighborhoods and proved his stamina as we visited a large list of properties. On our final day we found two homes in one perfect area. Ron guided us through the paperwork and the offer on our favorite house got accepted the same day!
