I noticed immediately her eye for detail in what was right about certain homes, and more importantly, what was wrong. She knows about the different types of construction and where to look for hidden flaws. Things I would have missed. Once the right home was found, Rebacca made the sale, inspection and banking aspects of the transaction seamless.
