Angie was absolutely fabulous to work with in finding our new home. She is extremely knowledgeable not only about neighborhoods, but home repairs also. If there was an issue with the house (updating) Angie could seriously give you an honest, extremely accurate ballpark figure for the updates. Angie really pays attention to her clients wants, needs, and wish lists. Angie stayed in constant contact with us as we viewed homes. She could tell instantly when a house was a no for me!!! She could read my face so easily. She always made me feel so comfortable to actually say what I was thinking. We absolutely love our new home. The house had everything I had put on my wish list. Angie also made sure that I had all the contact info I needed to get utilities to switched to our name upon closing. Then she also provides a list of vendors she knows and has worked with in the past. Since we were new to Florida, this list was fabulous!!! The vendors Angie recommended were awesome and they all spoke very highly of Angie. I would highly recommend Angie. I would never use anyone other than her.

Angie was patient and kind helping us pick our forever beach home! She took so many calls from us without ever getting irritated. I will tell everyone who wants to buy or sell to use Angie! She's the best!

Angie is hands down the best realtor in the Tampa Bay region. She is a wealth of knowledge, was absolutely committed to finding us the right home and is always one step ahead of everything to ensure the sales process runs smoothly. I am a very difficult client to deal with because I demand nothing but the best. Angie always made me feel like I was her "only" client even though she was working with others and dealing with a home renovation of her own.
