Rebecca was extremely professional and helpful. She went far above the basic duties of a realtor. I was shopping for a second home from across the US, and she was a huge help even long before I met her in person. When I did fly into town, my time to meet with her was very limited. She made herself available to me making me a priority even over larger sales she could have made. She was extremely thorough getting me info on the land around the properties I was interested in, contacting the HOA with questions on my behalf, and making sure I was fully prepared with all the essential documents before closing. We were renting a house in Oldsmar for several years when all of a sudden the landlord in New York contacted me to say that he was being transferred to Florida and how soon could I move out? With a very short time frame to find a new house, buy it and move, we ran Fred all over town searching for the exact right home that would meet our very specific requirements. Fred was always able to make time for us and get us access to houses in a timely manner. Once we had found the house we wanted, he was very helpful in the negotiations, inspections and closing. Maria and her staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in selling our Clearwater house. I assumed it would be a difficult process living in Michigan while attempting to get out rental home ready for sale. Not so with Maria. She knew exactly what to do to make it ready for open house. She had it sold within 2 weeks! We did all paperwork by secure emails and it couldn't have been more smooth. If I had a question about the contracts, she responded almost immediatey. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. She definitely knows the ins and outs of her field.

Angie is hands down the best realtor in the Tampa Bay region. She is a wealth of knowledge, was absolutely committed to finding us the right home and is always one step ahead of everything to ensure the sales process runs smoothly.
