We were renting a house in Oldsmar for several years when all of a sudden the landlord in New York contacted me to say that he was being transferred to Florida and how soon could I move out? With a very short time frame to find a new house, buy it and move, we ran Fred all over town searching for the exact right home that would meet our very specific requirements. Fred was always able to make time for us and get us access to houses in a timely manner. Once we had found the house we wanted, he was very helpful in the negotiations, inspections and closing. He helped to remove the difficulty from a very difficult process. I can't say enough good things about Fred and his efforts in working with us to find our new house and get it closed. I would definitely recommend Fred to anyone.

In the past 3 1/2 years, Fred has helped me buy 2 places and sell 2 as well. He is the best. Fred has knowledge of the area, a great personality and patience. Even when my air conditioner wouldn't work after closing, Fred had someone who could come out within 24 hours and check it for me. Oh yeah, and did I mention he was on a camping trip but responded by text and phone as soon as he got my message. Fred goes beyond the expectations of any Realtor and I highly recommend him.
