In interviewing agents, I found Bill Welch to be honest and straightforward, which is why I decided to work with him. Throughout the listing and closing process, Bill always kept me informed of what was occurring and was always available if I had questions. Any issues that came up in the closing process were addressed quickly and equitably. Overall the transaction went smoothly and I have no complaints. I would not hesitate to use Bill in a future transaction, and plan to do so.
