Maria and her staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in selling our Clearwater house. I assumed it would be a difficult process living in Michigan while attempting to get out rental home ready for sale. Not so with Maria. She knew exactly what to do to make it ready for open house. She had it sold within 2 weeks! We did all paperwork by secure emails and it couldn't have been more smooth. If I had a question about the contracts, she responded almost immediatey. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. She definitely knows the ins and outs of her field.

Well, what a pleasant surprise Maria and her assistant Taryn were. We have been on a journey for two years looking for a home in Florida. We often saw a home on MLS that we were interested in and the agent representing the home would rarely return our call. Even if the home had sold, you would think they would have called to guide us to another home. Finally, on one of our trips to Florida we found a home Maria was representing...she called us back, and showed us the home.
