I highly recommend Mr. Curtis Rudolph as an amazing realtor. Due to unfortunate circumstances I found myself with the need to sell my house as quickly as possible. Curtis answered the call with fantastic results. Curtis is extremely personable, intelligent and knowledgeable about all aspects of the market. He gives you suggestions for staging the property as well as realistic expectations. He is absolutely ingenious in the way he uses social media, open house and other forms including drones to market the house. He keeps in touch and answers your questions every step of the way. The results were awesome and the house sold in a day or so above the asking price. Curtis is not only my realtor but through the process he became my friend and I am extremely appreciative for his help even at closing.
