Michael and Courtney Chenkus are everything we are looking for in a real estate agent when buying a new home. Their videos of Lakewood Ranch and Windward in general and our chosen Savannah II home model in particular were key in helping us make the decision of community and home design. Before we even moved here, Courtney was really great at listening to and understanding our list of new home features, amenities and location and expertly narrowed down to only a few neighborhoods to evaluate in person. After we arrived, driving around with Courtney looking at several neighborhoods and designs was very efficient and exactly what we needed to confirm our choice. During the year-long build process, Michael frequently went by our house and showed video and gave comments about items to bring to our builder's attention, which we believe contributed to a superior quality home. Additionally, they took the time to review loan offers and closing documentation to help us not miss any important details. As a result, everything went as well as it possibly could. Finally, Courtney took the time to join us during the walk-through and that was above and beyond customer service. We weren't certain about what we didn't know to look for, and she was a welcome voice of reason and assurance. We could not imagine better real estate agents and will without reservation use them for all real estate needs going forward. We ended up with the home of our dreams, and we owe a debt of gratitude to Michael and Courtney Chenkus for guiding us through that process from imagining to close.
