Jesse was amazing! Very knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions we had. She helped walk us through all stages of the purchase with a smile on her face. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house.

We found Courtney and Michael on YouTube while researching Lakewood Ranch. They have so many great videos on Lakewood Ranch communities, activities, restaurants and more. We suggest subscribing to their channel. Michael and Courtney know the area well and have great insights. After looking at many houses & communities with them, we found a great community that met everything on our checklist. We decided to build a new home and strongly recommend using them for new construction. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. They communicated regularly, sent us weekly videos on our construction, answered questions, helped with issues and partnered with us for the entire year it took to build our home. They went above and beyond and were a great resource.

This was my first property purchase and Lynn was the nicest, knowledgeable and caring realtor I could have asked for. She helped me understand the intricacies of property purchasing, closing and everything involved. It would be my pleasure to recommend her to friends and family who may be interested in purchasing a home or property.

We recently bought our first home, and the experience couldn't have been smoother, thanks to Kris. From the moment we started the process, Kris was on top of everything. Despite a tight two-week timeframe, they handled all the paperwork and ensured a smooth closing. Highly recommend Kris for their efficiency and excellent communication!

So glad I worked with Irene. 2023 was a tough year for anyone looking for a house in Pinellas County, but Irene found me something in my price range in Dunedin. Her technical expertise is second to none, she answered all questions in a thoughtful manner, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to a friend or family member. Steve Udovich Dunedin, FL

Kathy is a great agent. I can’t tell you how many homes we looked at and how many questions I asked her and the number of emails I sent to her. Each one she patiently addressed, sometimes twice. Kathy pointed out red flags to me that I had not even noticed. She always returned my phone calls in a timely manner. It would update me on new listings. I feel Kathy went above and beyond to help me find my forever home soon as we walked in the house we both knew it was the home I’ve been looking for. Reach out to Kathy, she will help you find your forever home.
