We first found Courtney and Michael on YouTube while researching Lakewood Ranch. They have an awesome channel with tons of information about the area and all that each community has to offer. Working with Michael and Courtney was a really great experience. Coming from out of state and relocating to Lakewood Ranch with all the choices and options can be a bit overwhelming to say the least. Courtney really listened to what was important to our family in finding a new home, so that when we did see some communities and models, we were able to really narrow our focus which made the decision making progress much easier. We decided to build in Lorraine Lakes, which we had never done before. They sent us a video every two weeks for the entire build, which was so exciting for us to be able to see the progress while still living in Virginia. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to relocate because of their knowledge, responsiveness, and expertise of Lakewood Ranch real estate. Thank you!!

Selling your home can be a daunting and uncertain/stressful experience. Amanda and the Pretty House Team walked us through every detail and step. Courtney and Michael make an expert Real Estate team. They know the area well and will guide you in the right direction no matter where you are in the house buying process. I had many questions, concerns, and emotional ups and downs orchestrating a move while living in Chicago. Courtney always offered options, encouragement and opinions when I asked for them. She responded to all of my texts, emails, and calls quickly. She and Michael took SO many extra steps in assisting us in purchasing a home. We ultimately decided new home construction was the right decision for our situation and I am so grateful that we had Courtney and Michael “on our side”. New home builders offer knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly sales representatives. However, the sales representatives work for the builder, not the buyer. Courtney and Michael did an outstanding job as our representatives! They have a great working rapport with all of the new home builders and extensive knowledge in how the entire process works. Having your own Realtor when buying new construction is crucial whether you live local or several states away. We highly recommend using ‘Sold by Chenkus’ to be your representative.

We can’t say enough good things about our experience working with John and Christina. Although our house was on the market for only 4 days before receiving a full price offer, John and Christina worked with us for over a year as we went through the long process of building a new home. John and Christina were there the entire time providing us with advice, reassurance and just soneone to talk to as the nerves of selling our house of 23 years often got the best of us. John and Christina were incredibly in touch with our neighborhood, housing market trends and aspects of our house that made it unique and would help us achieve top dollar. They were very strategic on the timing to list our house and we always felt confident that they had our best interests at the core of everything they did. Ultimately we listed the house for more than we expected. John and Christina assured us it was priced right, and they were correct! We can’t thank them enough.

She truly worked with us for our specific needs, including scheduling carpet cleaners, professional landscapers, and ensuring that the air conditioning/heating system was working perfectly.
