I have personally known Debbie for over 20 years. When I needed real estate and property advice, she was who I called.. Not only is she a personal friend, but she was also very helpful with listings, questions, showings, and really knows the current market. I have not purchased a property in 30 plus years and was very cautious. She walked me through the entire process and made sure I was informed and understood each step.
