She plotted out a time line, gave us a short list of things we needed to do to maximize $ our home, gave us date options on when best to have the estate sale, gave date to list our home. In turn, we gave her the list of criteria for our new home: neighborhood, square footage, amenities, etc. Neyshika did her homework and kept us on track: we had the estate sale, completed our to do list, put home on market 3 days before vacation and accepted offer 5 days into our vacation.
