5 stars is an understatement. Courtney and Michael are well informed, genuine, and always available when needed. With Lakewood Ranch having so many communities, it can be difficult to comprehend. Courtney and Michael heard us out on what we were looking for and were direct when needed, while providing high quality options. Billie has now helped us buy AND sell a home in the greater Tampa Bay area. Not only was this the best experience I've ever had buying a house but it was also the easiest. Kris was so helpful during this entire process which really made it completely stress free.
