We met James as a result of his local mailing about the homes for sale in our neighborhood, only to get an assessment of our home but realized after talking to him that he will be the go to realtor for us if and when we consider selling. That opportunity came shortly after that, as we decided to move near family up north, he was instrumental in us deciding on several upkeeps, that eventually paid off in a nice way, meaning we sold our house for the asking price in relatively short time. James takes personal care about how the house should be when it goes in the market and he follows through every step of the way until the closing, after that realtor/client relationship has become everlasting friendship.

Tetiana was very patient as I went through the process. She was always happy to look at as many places as I wanted. She would suggest places I may not have considered and made herself available to go look at many places (60+ over a year!!) She provided valuable feedback on properties and was able to advise on offers and her reason behind her suggestions. She is responsive and I felt well represented and looked after!
