Donna Kribbs is an Associate Broker and real estate agent for Century 21 Novus. She handles the listing and selling of residential and commercial properties, along with land tracts. She works with her sister, Connie Sprewell, and together they have more than 70 years of combined experience serving the West Georgia/ East Alabama areas. As a licensed agent in Georgia and Alabama, Donna believes that education and staying on top of current trends in the real estate industry is the key to success. As such, she is a 2012 graduate of the Georgia REALTORS Leadership Academy and a 2022 graduate of the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Academy. Her commitment to continuous learning in the real estate industry has helped her earn the CRS and CDPE designations. She also received the Phoenix award for being a Top Producer in real estate sales. Moreover, Donna is a longtime member of the National Association of Realtors and served as President of the West Metro Board of Realtors in 2013. We can’t wait to show off our innovative office space to you, but, more importantly, we can’t wait to speak with you about your buying or selling needs. Great experience as first time homebuyers!

As first time home buyers, we were unaware of the process and had many questions. Joseph was there every step of the way to guide us, answer our questions and when he wasn't sure about something, he knew just who to ask. He guided us every step of the way and always had great insights in every home. He not only learned what we were looking for but was very attentive to details about the house, neighborhoods and other things that we never thought of. We learned a ton!!! Joseph was also great in suggesting lenders, inspectors and anything else we needed. He is very well connected and has a great crew around him. As daunting as a first home buying experience may have been, Joseph took all the fear and anxiety away from it. He always responded quickly and always made himself available through text and calls. I am truly grateful for his assistance from beginning to end! Highly recommend!!!

Above & Beyond

Moving 1200 miles across the country, selling and buying from a distance, and wrapping everything up definitely is a daunting chore - Ashley made it easy on the Georgia end. From coordinating long distance live-stream walk-throughs - to keeping conversation flowing between the realtor in NM and the lenders - Ashley did it all... Including going above and beyond to ensure the communication related to the sale of my home in NM went smoothly as some unique challenges presented themselves (and that is putting it as politely as possible related to the people who were "handling" things on that end). I couldn't have been more impressed with what she dealt with and how seemless she made the entire process appear. I had full confidence in her to handle my Georgia transactions and hope the people in NM learned a bit about how things should be done through their interactions with her. I would 100% trust future buying and selling to Ashley.

Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish

Joseph was absolutely amazing throughout our entire home-buying journey. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect home. What really stood out was his attention to detail. He pointed out things during each showing that we would have never thought to look for on our own, which gave us so much confidence in our decisions.
