Moving 1200 miles across the country, selling and buying from a distance, and wrapping everything up definitely is a daunting chore - Ashley made it easy on the Georgia end. From coordinating long distance live-stream walk-throughs - to keeping conversation flowing between the realtor in NM and the lenders - Ashley did it all... Including going above and beyond to ensure the communication related to the sale of my home in NM went smoothly as some unique challenges presented themselves (and that is putting it as politely as possible related to the people who were "handling" things on that end). I couldn't have been more impressed with what she dealt with and how seemless she made the entire process appear. I had full confidence in her to handle my Georgia transactions and hope the people in NM learned a bit about how things should be done through their interactions with her. I would 100% trust future buying and selling to Ashley.

We listed on May 11 and closed on June 15. Ashley was exactly who we needed for the job. We told her up front what we wanted for the house. She was honest and communicated her opinion but left the decision of price up to us. We followed her lead and she was right! She found the perfect family to pass our home on to. Through every step she communicated the tasks ahead and congratulated us once the step was satisfactory. While on vacation we needed something minor done at the house. She volunteered to take care of it for us. I’ve known Ashley since she was in PK. Her confidence and passion for the job makes her #1 in our book. She knows the business but also knows how important selling a home is to her clients. We didn’t just feel like another number, we felt like family during this process!
