We listed on May 11 and closed on June 15. Ashley was exactly who we needed for the job. We told her up front what we wanted for the house. She was honest and communicated her opinion but left the decision of price up to us. We followed her lead and she was right! She found the perfect family to pass our home on to. Through every step she communicated the tasks ahead and congratulated us once the step was satisfactory. While on vacation we needed something minor done at the house. Ashley was everything we could have asked for--and more! Not only did she spend countless hours setting up appointments and showing us properties over a wide swath of our focus area, but she went above and beyond by pointing out the need to have assurances about such things as termites and the septic system. The latter saved us literally $10,000 by uncovering a need that wouldn't show up on our inspection. She has been a gracious and helpful agent in every way!
