Not only did she spend countless hours setting up appointments and showing us properties over a wide swath of our focus area, but she went above and beyond by pointing out the need to have assurances about such things as termites and the septic system. The latter saved us literally $10,000 by uncovering a need that wouldn't show up on our inspection. She has been a gracious and helpful agent in every way!
