She quickly engaged her lender and her insurance contacts. She rescued the deal and they only closed about one week later than originally expected! Jess knows her stuff and knows when other agents or lenders are not doing their jobs well or correctly, even if it were to benefit the buyer and not her client. She does the right thing by everyone. We've become friends with her after all these years and wouldn't think of using anyone else. She's the sweetest BULLDOG wrapped in a tiny little package. You'll never regret using her as your agent.
