Working with Rasheda was such a blessing! Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but she also treats you with the kind of care and respect that’s hard to find. Rasheda was such a big help with the whole process. She was patient and understanding the whole time while Zach and I were figuring out what we wanted. After about a week of house hunting she helped us secure our new construction home at a great price in a growing area in under 30 days!!! We received amazing credits and incentives. She negotiated so well that our closing cost was covered and we left the closing table with a check big enough to cover new home necessities! Can’t wait work with her again!
