My family has been working with Jessica for several years now. Looking for 'the unicorn' house. We came close a couple of times, but still haven't found the exact one. In the mean time, my daughter wanted to sell her townhome. Of course, there was no one else I was going to consider using. Jessica came in, made an amazing video and lots of beautiful pictures of her home. Posted them everywhere on social media (and she has a TON of followers). There had already been 3-4 homes in my daughter's neighborhood that had been on market for well over 60 days. But, once Jess did her magic, we were under contract in less than 3 weeks! Fast forward to the week of closing and the buyer's lender contacted Jess to tell her that the deal wasn't going to go through. Jess does not accept no for an answer. She quickly engaged her lender and her insurance contacts. She rescued the deal and they only closed about one week later than originally expected! Jess knows her stuff and knows when other agents or lenders are not doing their jobs well or correctly, even if it were to benefit the buyer and not her client. She does the right thing by everyone. We've become friends with her after all these years and wouldn't think of using anyone else. She's the sweetest BULLDOG wrapped in a tiny little package. You'll never regret using her as your agent.
