Kelly quickly and promptly found homes for us in our preferred areas and set up dates and times where we could view them. She went above and beyond for us when we found the home we loved. She made sure it was a fair buy and handled any and every concern we had. She got us in touch with a wonderful lender and made sure we were prepared and ready to close on time. She was so quick with responses regardless of the time of the day. She handled conversations with our lender and the sellers agent so professionally and quickly she really kept everyone in the loop and on schedule. Bill has gone out of his way to make sure we understood all the details of selling. We work odd hours and he always showed up to meet us or speak with us no matter the hour or day(even on Sunday.) He was extremely knowledgeable of the market and was very patient with us, as we had many stipulations that he was very understanding of. He informed us at least twice a week on the market and the views the property was receiving. One call and we were able to hand all over to him with no worries. We sold for asking price and was only required to meet day of sell, he handled every aspect and it was fast and without any issues. We will always call Bill in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. I can’t stress enough how easy Bill made this process for us!
