Imagine you had a property that you needed to sell, but you needed to sell it for the highest price in the shortest time. 99% of the time, you would need to choose EITHER highest price OR shortest time. "Listing" with Julia Krusac meant my wife and I didn't have to choose. I said "listing" because our vacant lot was never actually listed. Julia also brought us a soil test engineer, an attorney to close the sale, and a home designer for another lot we are developing for sale. As house flippers and landlords in Florida dealing with realtors every day, we are far from easily impressed. Julia stands out in every way possible as a realtor! She is very knowledgeable of the industry, an excellent negotiator, patient with first-time buyers/sellers, and competent with all the legal and administrative details of real estate in Georgia. We are so grateful to have had her as our realtor. It was our first time selling a home, and we were selling at a distance on top of that. At each step of the process, Julia reached out proactively to inform, update and guide us. Even when things were at a standstill, she would reach out to let us know, so that we were never in the dark. We always felt like we were in good hands and enjoyed peace of mind.
