We first started our relationship with Wendy quite a few years ago when we decided to downsize. I use "relationship" because that is what happens when you have someone like Wendy. She truly cares about you, your family, what you really want, not just another agent trying to make a commission. Wendy is one of the very select few that becomes part of your family. She helped our son and his new fie buy their first home and has since helped a number of his friends do the same. She remembers birthdays, the birth of a new child everything. We have continued to use Wendy in all of our real estate transactions and will always use only her because she looks out for us, not for her interest. She is our family!

As a first-time homebuyer, I was nervous about diving into the real estate world—but working with Tori made all the difference. She was truly amazing from start to finish. Tori went above and beyond to make sure I understood every step of the process. She stood her ground and fought the tough battles with a difficult seller-agent, always advocating for me and making sure I walked away with the best deal possible. What could have been a stressful experience ended up being empowering, thanks to her support, expertise, and determination. Both the sale of my house and the purchase of my condo were difficult emotionally for me. Lisa was always there with a good word to encourage me on difficult decisions I had to make. Regarding the purchase of the condo - the seller/realtor was not always co-operative in doing her job. For example there is a storage space in the back of the condo which was locked and the seller was not co-operating on resolving the issue. Lisa with her own money hired a locksmith to come in and get it opened and stayed with me and the locksmith to complete the task at hand. On the day of the final closing for the condo; again the seller/realtor was argumentative and unreasonable in her expectations. To get a final resolution on the unfortunate circumstances, Lisa was generous to use some of her commission to alleviate the unwillingness of the seller to compromise and we were able to close on the contract that day. I cannot emphasize how hard Lisa worked to locate a place for me to move to that would fit my needs and requirements. She was always confident and always had a good word to encourage me in trying circumstances to keep working to complete our goal.

Debi is an outstanding agent that truly looks out for her client. She had to jump through a few extra hoops than normal to get our sale completed. However, she did so with professionalism, grace and poise, keeping us encouraged throughout the process. We all learned new things on this particular journey, i.e., new regulations/law concerning insurance on condo complexes. Even though this further delayed our closing, Debi remained steadfast and kept us encouraged through closing day.
