This was the best experience with an agent she made it so easy and understanding, this was so stress free and couldn’t thank her enough i definitely will be recommending her out to family and friends!

While there were several hiccups in getting the sale completed Viola persevered, doing everything in her power to get the sale closed. The response below on the sale price had to do with the appraisals not Viola.

David did a great job for us! He educated us throughout the entire process and made it so easy and seamless. His personality and mannerisms felt like we were going house hunting with a friend! After we closed, he still helped us navigate other issues and continued to help us. I heard the homebuying process was stressful, but we did not feel that at all. He worked hard behind the scenes so we did not deal with the tedious tasks. I would recommend him to anyone including all my family!!
