We were on the fence as to whether we wanted to buy land and build or look for an existing house. I received an immediate response that an agent would call the following day. Jayme called me the next morning and we set up to meet Sunday after church to see both properties. The owner of the home we ended up purchasing showed us their home the same day since the listing agent was under the weather. We reached out to Jayme to represent us as we were interested in the last house we looked at. We had not even looked into loans or approval yet. By the following week, Cynthia had us approved for a VA loan and we were able to put in an offer on the house Tuesday. After a counteroffer, we accepted, we were under contract. One month later, we closed on the house and it all smooth as butter, to quote Jayme.
