We listed on May 11 and closed on June 15. Ashley was exactly who we needed for the job. We told her up front what we wanted for the house. She was honest and communicated her opinion but left the decision of price up to us. We followed her lead and she was right! She found the perfect family to pass our home on to. Through every step she communicated the tasks ahead and congratulated us once the step was satisfactory. While on vacation we needed something minor done at the house. She volunteered to take care of it for us. I’ve known Ashley since she was in PK. Her confidence and passion for the job makes her #1 in our book. What she had that was most valuable was her people skills, patience, ability to generate a vision and hope for others. I’m 71 years old and never believed I’d own another home. She showed me I could and then helped me find it. The realtor representing the seller doesn’t have those skills. Allison may have added a few more years to my life by helping me through this transition. She’s great at what she does and as I said, a wonderful real estate agent but the personal skills she possesses separates her from the others!
