Allison was a gift from God

Very capable and knowledgeable. Great communicator and researcher. Awesome businesswoman. I knew she had all that. What she had that was most valuable was her people skills, patience, ability to generate a vision and hope for others. I’m 71 years old and never believed I’d own another home. She showed me I could and then helped me find it. The realtor representing the seller doesn’t have those skills. Allison may have added a few more years to my life by helping me through this transition. She’s great at what she does and as I said, a wonderful real estate agent but the personal skills she possesses separates her from the others!

Excellent agent who goes above and beyond!

Allison put in the work to sell our property quickly and at a price that was beyond our expectations. The process was seamless, quick, and easy thanks to Allison. Allison is very knowledgeable, professional, and communicative. We attempted to sell our home by owner, but after a month of dead ends, Allison reached out and we decided to hire her. With Allison, our home was on the market for 24 hours and we received two offers over asking price. We could not have done it without her, and I would recommend her to anyone searcing for an agent!

Caring Hardworking Professional

After inquiring about a property listed on Marketplace, we heard from several realtors—but Amanda stood out immediately. She was the only one who said, “I’ll meet you in an hour,” and followed through. That first property didn’t quite fit our needs, but once we shared our vision, Amanda quickly got to work turning it into reality. She kept us consistently informed about available properties without overwhelming us with options that didn’t match what we were looking for—something we really appreciated compared to our experience with others. When we finally made our decision, Amanda went above and beyond—literally stomping through the woods with us to help locate property lines and patiently answering every question along the way.
