I have found when using a real estate agent you really need someone that do three things well - research the market for the seller or buyer. This means getting reasonable comparisons for pricing and purchasing. It is imperative that the agent provides communication throughout the process. Not having strong communication creates worlds of problems and following through the entire process to the end of the relationship. Me being me - I have a tendency to wonder if people ever do their job completely and will I have to follow up every single little thing. With Tabetha I have learned there are never any worries and no follow ups are ever needed. She is thorough. She is diligent and I absolutely love working with her!

Tabetha was awesome every step of the way! Any questions that we had, she answered. Any issue that arose, she fixed very quickly. We rented the house for 7 years before buying it, and she was our property manager throughout those 7 years. We would not have wanted anyone else!
