Melanie was an absolute blast to work with during the sale of our home. She kept us informed, was available to answer any questions we had, and even arranged several services for us to help with the closing of our house. She was extremely knowledgeable about her area of expertise and gave us recommendations/contact for areas outside her expertise. When we get ready to buy a house again, we will most definitely be using her! I would highly recommend her to any of my friends or family.

I was in quite a time crunch as I was getting married in 3 months, and we needed to close on something within a month of the big day. Kara was on it every step of the way letting us know within hours when a house in our price range and area came on the market. For the house we ended up closing on, she showed us the day it came out of contract, and she was able to confirm our offer with the seller within 36 hours. She also followed up with us two and four weeks after to make sure we were settled in and completely satisfied with our new home (which we were). With planning for a wedding simultaneously, she made the home-buying process as stress-free as possible. Thank you again!
