I was in quite a time crunch as I was getting married in 3 months, and we needed to close on something within a month of the big day. Kara was on it every step of the way letting us know within hours when a house in our price range and area came on the market. For the house we ended up closing on, she showed us the day it came out of contract, and she was able to confirm our offer with the seller within 36 hours. She also followed up with us two and four weeks after to make sure we were settled in and completely satisfied with our new home (which we were).
