Emily was very understanding and patient during a difficult time. My father had moved into assisted living and our family needed to sell his house. She was extremely helpful with the process of a sale with a contingency that did not work out. Emily then listed the house and we had an offer the same day. She facilitated all of the paperwork and helped us prepare for the closing. Over all - a great experience !

Michael was great to work with. We had an interstate move and he made himself easily available for showings during our visits. He kept in strong communication with us each step of the way and really knew the area. He was helpful with negotiations and present during inspection process. We never felt pressure and he communicated between my spouse and me on issues as we directed. I cannot say enough about how good of an experience we had with Emily! My husband and I were first time home buyers so we truly had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. Emily was prompt in returning emails and answering our hundreds of questions that we had about the process. She was professional in that she never talked poorly of properties or other realtors. She was patient with us through the process, honest yet kind when we asked her opinion on different things and on top of EVERYTHING. This is a sellers market through and through but she helped us to be competitive and ended up landing us the home of our dreams! She kept the whole experience organized so that we never missed a deadline and most of all she made it so much fun for us. We are so lucky to have had a friend recommend her to us. I was introduced to Michael through a close family friend who had been looking for a house in the Indianapolis area. I have been renting my whole life and after moving to Fishers in January of 2018, I was ready to explore purchasing property. Michael was extremely thorough in getting to know me, my personal situation, what I was looking for, what my concerns/questions were, etc. He was always responsive to my texts or calls throughout the entire process and even to this day I know I can count on him if I have any related questions. He was extremely thorough and helpful in all of our tours of properties, giving me things to think about, asking very specific questions of the owners, and working with the sellers to get information to me as quickly as possible. Mostly, Michael gave me great peace of mind in knowing I had done a thorough job of understanding my needs in this first home buying experience, deciding on the right place that met those needs, and doing an excellent job of negotiating with the seller throughout the closing process. I would strongly recommend Michael to anyone (first time home buyer or experienced), because he is extremely knowledgeable of this area, very detailed in his work, and genuinely cares about his clients. I was living overseas at the time. Her and I made contact and we hit the ground running. She tailored a unique home criteria search and with any home I determined as interesting, she compiled a list of comp homes in the area and a market analysis of the area. She would then go and see houses that we thought we good deals and come back with her analysis of the property. When an offer was accepted, she got me in touch with a loan offer and helped me in any way she could after that. Great experience!
