Emily helped my fiance and I purchase our first home. She showed us around 10 homes and continued to tell us "you'll feel it when you know." I had provided lots of suggestions of houses we wanted to view, but the home we chose was her suggestion, not mine. She was right. We felt this was our home when we walked in. As first time buyers we hadn't a clue the ins and outs of making a competitive offer in a market like 2020 / 2021. Emily guided us perfectly and our offer was accepted. But Emily didn't stop there. She held our hand through the inspection, suggesting handyman services, carpet cleaning, and answered all questions leading up to closing and at the closing table. Emily was phenomenal from the beginning to the end of the whole process. She was well-organized, professional, thorough, a great communicator, and super honest with us which I really appreciated.
