Emily helped my fiance and I purchase our first home. She showed us around 10 homes and continued to tell us "you'll feel it when you know." I had provided lots of suggestions of houses we wanted to view, but the home we chose was her suggestion, not mine. She was right. We felt this was our home when we walked in. As first time buyers we hadn't a clue the ins and outs of making a competitive offer in a market like 2020 / 2021. Emily guided us perfectly and our offer was accepted. But Emily didn't stop there. She held our hand through the inspection, suggesting handyman services, carpet cleaning, and answered all questions leading up to closing and at the closing table. She also texted us a week after moving in to make sure all was still going well. CHOOSE EMILY. I highly recommend her to anyone I speak to.

Emily was an absolute gem to work with. In the gentlest way possible, she helped guide me toward cleaning up & de-cluttering my house to get to the best state for showing the house. She worked with us through a reasonable timeline for getting our home on the market, even providing recommendations  for house/carpet cleaners, handymen, etc. ahead of time. Our house had a ton of traffic the very first day on the market based on her recommended price point and we had multiple offers within the first 24 hours on the market - all over list price! She stayed super attentive through the the sale process, inspection, appraisal, and closing. When we ran into some unexpected & unavoidable issues, the Carpenter team was there to help us out with making calls and being available for our fixes when our schedules didn't allow for it. We closed on time and everything went very smoothly through that process, since all the work leading up to that had been done thoroughly & in a very organized manner. Emily is one of the kindest & most organized individuals I know. She responds to every question (email, calls, texts at all times of day!) super promptly and politely - every interaction with her is done with a smile! She also helped us through the buying our new home, and although we do NOT plan on moving again for a very long time now that we have found our dream home/forever home, if we had to do so, we would most certainly list our home with Emily again.
