Emily helped my fiance and I purchase our first home. She showed us around 10 homes and continued to tell us "you'll feel it when you know." I had provided lots of suggestions of houses we wanted to view, but the home we chose was her suggestion, not mine. She was right. We felt this was our home when we walked in. As first time buyers we hadn't a clue the ins and outs of making a competitive offer in a market like 2020 / 2021. Emily guided us perfectly and our offer was accepted. But Emily didn't stop there. She held our hand through the inspection, suggesting handyman services, carpet cleaning, and answered all questions leading up to closing and at the closing table. Michael was great to work with. We had an interstate move and he made himself easily available for showings during our visits. He kept in strong communication with us each step of the way and really knew the area. He was helpful with negotiations and present during inspection process. We never felt pressure and he communicated between my spouse and me on issues as we directed. I was introduced to Michael through a close family friend who had been looking for a house in the Indianapolis area. I have been renting my whole life and after moving to Fishers in January of 2018, I was ready to explore purchasing property. Michael was extremely thorough in getting to know me, my personal situation, what I was looking for, what my concerns/questions were, etc. He was always responsive to my texts or calls throughout the entire process and even to this day I know I can count on him if I have any related questions. He was extremely thorough and helpful in all of our tours of properties, giving me things to think about, asking very specific questions of the owners, and working with the sellers to get information to me as quickly as possible. Mostly, Michael gave me great peace of mind in knowing I had done a thorough job of understanding my needs in this first home buying experience, deciding on the right place that met those needs, and doing an excellent job of negotiating with the seller throughout the closing process. I hired Adam as a buyer's agent during a relocation from California to Indiana. Since I had never been to Indiana before, it was very important to me to have an agent with extensive knowledge of the local area, as I was completely unfamiliar. Adam was a great tour guide, and gave me the inside scoop on the area and helped me identify suitable towns, before we zeroed in on appropriate properties. Ultimately, we are very happy with the house we bought and the service provided was superior.
