Emily was beyond helpful in the purchase of our first home! She acted as an educator, a protector, and a negotiator on our behalf. She listened to our goals and helped us buy a house that we never thought we would be able to purchase! Her connections in the industry are unparallelled. When we thought that we couldn't buy a house because we couldn't come up with enough cash, she introduced us to someone that made our dreams possible again! I would highly recommend Emily Humphrey to any and every person that is selling or buying.

What can I say? Adam Corya is the best! If you want a realtor who’s no pressure, no hassle, and always in your favor then he’s YOUR agent!!! I’m actually not sure if I should even leave this testimonial because he will get more business and have less time for my next deal. Anyway, to the house hunter reading this, best wishes to your search. I hope you’ll find the house of your dream, and when you do you’ll want Adam Corya on your side!

This is our second time doing a home transaction with Emily. She has been more than wonderful, helpful, thorough and responsive. We will use her again in the future. David, who stepped in for Emily when she was unavailable was also very professional, helpful and took great care of us. We will use Emily every time we move.

Shannon and Sabrina are the most hard working and knowledgeable realtors I have ever met. I learned a lot from them. As a first time home buyer, I knew nothing about the home purchase process. They gave me an hour lecture over zoom to enlighten me about the steps, what to expect, and what to prepare. Once I gave them the idea of my dream home, they showed me pools of houses and within 60 days, they made my dream a reality. Amazing! I remain ever grateful. You guys are the best👍and the trophy goes to you🏆

This is my second time using Emily. As usual, she was professional, prompt, thorough and took care of all of the details. She scheduled inspections, estimates, staging, repairs, and communicated with other agents without even being asked. She has cultivated a great network of service providers as well. She makes a very stressful time so much more manageable and easy. I could not recommend her more.
