I would use no one other than Michael Fisher. He took my listing and made it sell. Not an easy neighborhood, not an easy price range. He kept me as calm as possible through extensive repairs prior to closing. Open houses were key.

Michael F. has the patience of a saint and his knowledge base that never failed me. He walked and talked me through ever step of both my purchase and my sale. Though this was a major transition for me, however his reassurance eased the path and I am so grateful. I have and will continue to recommend Michael to my friends and to my family. Sincerely, Wayne E. Reeves

We would definitely recommend Emily. She was professional, responsive, active and positive in the sale of our home. Emily responded quickly to any questions we had or items of concern. She had professionals readily available to take care of any issues and/or repairs. In the negotiation process she offered valuable suggestions. We would definitely work with Emily in the future should the need arise.

Glenn and Adam were superb….they always delivered when and what they said they would. Having closed and been involved with hundreds of millions of dollars of real estate transactions, many residential, I found Glenn and Adam to be the only ones I would choose again ! Period !!

Brad did an excellent job as an agent selling our home. He did a thorough investigation into the home sales in our neighborhood and rightly determined an accurate value for home. He was very helpful in advising us on the necessary steps to take for selling and closing on our sale. Brad went out of his way to be helpful and even assisted us in selecting a lot for the proposed construction of a new home that we were considering to build. Carpenter provides excellent photo coverage of the home and obtains all the necessary publicity for selling. Thanks Brad, for an outstanding job. Jim Witta
