David is someone who I would picture to fit the textbook definition of a realtor; An excellent communicator, great knowledge of the local market, trustworthy in the sense that reasonable expectations are set, sincere, and carries out their responsibilities with the highest sense of integrity. David was able to do all of these things and more, I cannot stress how his patience and keen eye for things were key factors for us finding our home. I would recommend David to my family and friends without hesitation for the fact I know he would do whatever is best for them and act in their best interests. It was a joy working with David and I look forward to any future endeavors we may have working with him.

Emily did a wonderful job helping us through the purchase and build process of our new home. She was helpful with ideas and suggestions on things we may not have been aware of or overlooked. Her response time to any and all questions was always prompt. We much appreciated her willingness to contact builder sales and construction staff regarding build concerns, questions or issues on our behalf. Our build time was ten months and Emily did a great job of communicating with us throughout the entire build cycle. We have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Emily.
