In a world where communication has become easier it has simultaneously become more elusive. That is not the case with Emily. She always proactively communicates to us and when we contact her she is always very prompt and responding In the process of buying and selling a house one of the most stressful portions of it is not knowing where you stand in certain situation. It is important for my family to achieve benchmarks in any given process and Emily was always able to let us know what we need to do next and provide resources and referrals to help us do those things without a ton of energy on our behalf. She helped us feel comfortable at every point in the process, helped us with budgeting, communicated with our lending team, and pressed the process forward when it needed pressing.
