Prior to working with Emily, we were working with a different agent from a different realty group. The majority of our needs were not being met, but we felt stuck. A friend referred us to Emily, and we could not be happier that she did! From our initial consultation, I could tell that she was listening to all that I said and genuinely cared about meeting our needs. Her professionalism throughout our time working with her was fantastic, but she was also extremely personable. We felt like we weren't just working with a realtor, but a friend. Our journey lasted six months, and Emily was there to help and guide us every step of the way. It was quite the emotional rollercoaster. Through each low, she was there to pick us back up and always said, "No matter what happens or what you choose, I'm always Team Eby." That meant the world to us!
