As first time home buyers with two daughters, three dogs, and a very busy work life home hunting was very confusing. Cody took a lot of the stress away and explained everything in a way that I could easily understand. I really appreciate his candor when we were looking at homes and pointing out potential problems. I can be a hard person to reach yet he was polite, understanding, and easy to work with. Even after closing on our house he still is there if any questions arise. I highly recommend his services, knowing that he will be that constant in all the confusion for each potential client.
