Our realtor, Cody showed us multiple properties. He was always patient, kind and professional. Once we found “the one” he skillfully led us thru the process and kept us informed at every step along the way. We could not be happier with the entire process and will happily recommend Cody and Carpenter Realtors to our friend and family!
Me being new to the experience, he was very helpful at guiding. And preventing problems with my inexperience.
Cody is terrific. He worked with us for a long time--he was unfailingly pleasant, competent and very responsive. He showed us a LOT of houses-- he was never pushy, but ready to show us a property quickly whenever we called. He made the transition so easy. I would give him ten stars if I could.
Cody was courteous, relaxed, responded promptly to our inquiries, and advised us wisely on how to proceed with our search for a new home. He was always calm and always kind. When we were struggling to find a home that met our needs, he helped us widen our search and refocus. We were very happy with his services.
Cody was great to work with. Very kind and patient. Can't come up with the amount of compliments for his work.
As first time home buyers with two daughters, three dogs, and a very busy work life home hunting was very confusing. Cody took a lot of the stress away and explained everything in a way that I could easily understand. I really appreciate his candor when we were looking at homes and pointing out potential problems. I can be a hard person to reach yet he was polite, understanding, and easy to work with. Even after closing on our house he still is there if any questions arise. I highly recommend his services, knowing that he will be that constant in all the confusion for each potential client.
We had a great experience working with Cody Jackson to sell our home. It was our first time selling a house and he helped us sell it in less than two days on the market! He did a great job walking us through the selling process and answering any questions that came up along the way. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell! - Brett and Riley Anderson (Lebanon, IN)
Cody was great to work with. He worked around our busy schedules and was easy to get in contact with. He was very thorough and communicated well throughout the whole process. We would use him again to buy/sell a house and definitely would recommend him to others!
Cody went above and beyond expectations throughout the entire home buying process. He was quick to communicate every step of the process. He was always accessible and took the time to answer all of our questions. Highly recommend his services to help you find your next home!!
Cody is the absolute best! From the beginning to the end he made the home buying process streamlined and as simple and headache free as possible. Cody went above and beyond what we could have ever expected to help us find not just a house but truly a home. Having worked with multiple realtors in the past years I would recommend Cody above all else in the business. I truly couldn’t explain how blessed we truly are to have worked with Cody during the entire process!
Cody sold us our first home and it was a seamless process because of him! Cody is flexible and knowledgeable. He educated us throughout the entire process and was always readily available when we had a question. He pays attention to the minor details that as a first time homebuyer you are not looking for. I can best describe that working with Cody, you are in the driver seat and he is in the passenger seat looking out for the things you may not notice. Even after we closed on our home, Cody sent referrals for services and kept in contact with us. I highly recommend Cody as your agent!
I referred a client of mine to Cody and he worked hard and successfuly found a great condo for him. He was on top of everything and made sure to negotiate for some needed repairs. My client was real happy with Cody and his Team. Highly recommend his services if you are selling or buying real estate.
