Excellent communicator and provides great guidance.

Kim has extensive knowledge and experience. She is quick to respond and always provides great guidance. Kim was exceptional at explaining all the fees and documentation. She goes above and beyond to help and provide the best experience. I had a delay with my closing through no fault of hers, and she pushed everything through and made so many phone calls to ensure the closing would happen as soon as possible. When you hire her, she also works with a great photographer to show your home in the best light. Her marketing and communication with the buyer’s agent was brilliant throughout the entire process.

Kim was very professional and never failed to communicate timely with us. She was absolutely amazing

Kim was an answer to our prayers. We had originally listed our house with an agents from a different company and the experience was terrible. We had no showings in over a month. Kim stepped in and restored our confidence. Her expertise, knowledge of the community, and attention to details set us up for success. In less than a month we had an amazing offer for our home. Best agent we could have asked for

It was a pleasure working with Kimberly. She was always helpful, professional and always made time to answer our questions no matter how many we had, and there were a lot! Moving from another state was challenging but she helped us navigate our way through it. She worked tirelessly to negotiate a great deal and went out of her way to help us find local contractors, and get set up with contacts for all of our new utilities and information how things worked here in Florida. It was a great experience!
