Michael Brown sold my home + acreage for top dollar and had it under contract in a reasonable amount of time. He also helped me purchase my next home at a great price in a beautiful location that I wouldn't have known to even look. He knows the area very well and knows what to look for to get you in a quality home for whatever your budget is. He has a great network of photographers, lenders, surveyors and inspectors. GREAT EXPERIENCE! Very attentive to our wants and needs. Always stayed in communication with us and was very informative about different listings we were interested in. Picked us up and drove us to selected listing's, all the while conversing about each home we toured getting our opinion about likes and dislikes- helping us narrow down our search! Once we decided on a home, Kim took care of all the paperwork in a timely manner so we didn't have to worry about another person getting "our home".
