Over the course of our year long quest to find a new home Diane and I have met numerous agents representing the sellers of homes. A condo came up for sale in our development and we met Barbaranne there for a showing. From that point on Barbaranne would guide us through many open houses and private showings. Once out on the road to look at condo Barbaranne would look for other condos to look at and would not hesitate to call a sellers agent to quickly set up a showing. We even visited places where the sellers were home. I can’t tell you how many we viewed but there were quite a few. Some very nice but the price was a bit high and some that just didn’t meet our standards though the pics appeared to show otherwise . She was relentless ( in a positive way) to find a place that met our needs. After finding one that we liked, Barbaranne represented us in the sale of our home.
