We were very fortunate to have Chris Flanigan as our captain during the sale of our house.
My wife's sister introduced Chris to us. When Chris came into our home and walked thru the process with us, she made us feel comfortable and gave us a confidence about what we were about to embark on. Chris was there every step of the way. Her knowledge and expertise kept us going through out the process. We hadn't sold a house in a very long time, lots had changed. Chris was always there for us. From the beginning of the process to the closing table, she kept things moving for us. We will definately use her for the next house we purchase. Thank you Chris for a wonderful experience...!
