Mike is such a great Realtor and person. He truly cares about your families well being. We had our house on the market for 6 months with no one wanting to buy it. We came up to the end of our contract with him and decided to rent out the property instead. Mike never gave up on us...after 1 month of the renting management company was in charge he was still trying to sell our house....he wasn't in contract with us at all...but he just kept on trucking. He contacted our rental management company to ask for permission to show our home to a buyer...and sure enough...we are closing next week. Mike is such a great person, and a huge family man. Good to work with, helped us out a lot, highly motivated man willing to put in the time and effort needed to sell our house. During a slow open house instead of just closing up and leaving he installed an outlet that was needed to get rid of an extension cord for our water softener.
